Put your ideas on paper – Write everything you think

Before you get to work, clean up! Not in the house, but in your mind. Bring all thoughts to light. Write in such a way as to make sure that they no longer take up space other than on the sheet. May be overwhelming but you’ll see that your mind will get lighter.

Looking at the ideas you’ve put on paper you can start to break it up into sections and keep only what is helpful. Then, with them well placed in separate boxes, you can arrange them in the closet in your mind. That way, when you need any of these thoughts or ideas, you’ll find them faster. Also, this will help you understand them better and maybe see them in a better light.
